I ) Payments: Microcity will not hand over any ordered goods before receiving full payment cash or Check (check for only who applied to pay by check and got approved )

You have an RMA 1-Make sure to provide a copy of our invoice or delivery note with clear shown serial #. 2-Make sure to mention ( written ) the exact problem you are facing , falling to do so will only delay the RMA procedures . 3-Always ask for your Repair voucher, we will not consider any RMA without Repair voucher. 4-Some items may have limited time warranty or no warranty at all such as :

When your RMA will be back to you 1-If your invoice is not older than 7 days, you must have it within 48 hrs 2-If the RMA is CPU or memory, 10 days will be the limit for your RMA. 3-Other cases the limit will be 12 days. 4-If you do not receive your RMA within these limits , kindly email us & make sure to mention your RG # in the email
